Located in Orange County, NY. Serving Orange, Sullivan, Bergen, Sussex, and Passaic
Counties. The owner of the company, Joe Stefaniak, is a second generation builder and has been in and around the business
his entire life. JMS Construction services include new home construction, additions, alterations, kitchen and bath renovation,
decks, custom woodworking...all phases of construction. We also do construction loans for new homes and additions,
and mortgages.
( licensed and registered in NJ as a home improvement contractor as required by the state).

We now do mortgages, construction loans, and loans for investment properties. These mortgages are very flexible
and have several options. (In NJ and NY)
